The payment story in Belgium is quickly told: you deposit with the Bancontact card or the app, with a bank transfer as the only way out. Bancontact Pay is the name the Payconiq app has carried since March 2026. Bancontact sits on the Belgian debit card as standard, the floor most often being €5.
Reckon with €1500 per payment and €2500 per day at Bancontact Pay. A deposit shows up immediately; between request and account sit usually one to three banking days, and the operator adds its own check on top.
Opening and verifying an account
Opening an account follows a fixed pattern: real name, date of birth and an identity check before the first withdrawal. Have your identity card and a recent address document ready.
Dutch or French is not guaranteed, and complaining to the Commission is not an option. Keep the confirmation e-mails of your deposits; without those documents a complaint leaves you empty-handed.

Limits, age and EPIS
Belgium regulates player protection more tightly than the Netherlands or France with effects you cannot route around. Every licensed site applies a default deposit limit of €200 per week.

Is Bella Vegas legal in Belgium?
Not legal in the Belgian sense: Bella Vegas operates without a Gaming Commission licence. It takes two clicks to verify. Always verify it yourself before depositing.
Can I play from 18?
The minimum age is 21; since 1 September 2024 it is 21 for casino, hall and betting. The check is automatic at licensed sites. Without valid ID you do not get through.
Can I change my limit?
