What the law imposes
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection notably strictly by European standards and you notice it at signup. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week.
Through EPIS the Gaming Commission runs centralised exclusion: whoever registers is barred everywhere immediately, online as well as offline. The entry point is the Gaming Commission. For casino, gaming hall and betting the bar has been 21 since September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.
